IMAR – MIXX CLADDING REDEFINED
IMAR, Spain is a partner for us and IMAR’s expertise and research in materials, perforating and expanding since 1931 has allowed us to successfully develop the most complex and demanding products for architecture. We work together with the architect and the builder to achieve mechanical and energy efficiency in the design of perforated and expanded double skin cladding for buildings.
We do cladding with any metal – Bronze, Patinated Bronze, Copper, Brass, Aluminum, Anodized Aluminum, Steel and Corten Steel. Our facility can help you to achieve your imagination come true with processing of the metal – turquoise blue from patinated bronze, weathered Corten steel and processed steel for antique finish are three unique features that can bring into your buildings.
Titanium provides another dimension to the architecture of your home. Whether as a beautiful, long lasting exterior facade or as feature walling on the inside, it creates depth and texture. Guggenheim museum in Spain is a unique example of IMAR’s creativity. Guggenheim Museum is a fusion of complex, swirling forms and captivating materiality that responds to an intricate program and an industrial urban context The museum consists of interconnected buildings whose extraordinary free-form titanium-sheathed mass suggests a gigantic work of abstract sculpture. The interior space, organized around a large atrium, is mainly devoted to modern and contemporary art, particularly massive sculptures.
With over a hundred exhibitions and more than ten million visitors to its recognition, the IMAR work changed the way architects and people think about museums; twenty years on and the Museum continues to challenge assumptions about the connections between art and architecture today.
